Wendell Bordash is an active 65 year old who enjoyed mountain biking, hike and working with his hands. Over time, he was debilitated by a worn right hip and could no longer walk without a limp. He also had difficulty climbing stairs and playing with his grandchildren. Dr. Mark Tuttle at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center performed a life-changing Anterior Hip Replacement and Mr. Bordash has returned to doing the things he loves. His mobility is now greatly improved thanks to this hip replacement. Dr. Tuttle and Wendell talk about the procedure and the outcome in this video.
Are you thinking about hip replacement surgery? Are you tired of being unable to participate in the activities you love because of a bad hip?
